I love the way you think! I love that you care about the health of the people you feed, along with the health of the Earth. When going to farmers markets I do try to find out who is organic, and sadly there are few wherever you go. <br /><br />I even did a blog post about the Baltimore Farmers Market at my blog "The Queens Table." I thought the farmers would proudly proclaim their true organic certification.
